did you ask hime why he was just wearing his underwear? i bet that would have made a good story!
he's actually quite the celebrity in times square. he's well known and in many pictures, and he's sort of like a mickey mouse in disneyland. he lets people take pictures with him and collects money (although maybe it'd be interesting to ask him where he puts his money, it's not like he has pockets). :)
